YMCA Membership Options
Everyone is Welcome
The YMCA is a membership organization open to all people. The YMCA welcomes women and men, girls and boys of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, abilities and financial circumstances. Programs and branches embrace diversity, reflecting the needs and composition of the communities they serve.
Passport Membership
A Passport membership allows unlimited use of 11 different membership facilities, including most health and wellness programs. Specialty classes and programs with fees are offered at a lower rate to members. You can visit as often as you like, take classes, use the facilities and equipment, and pay one low monthly fee.
NEW PASSPORT MEMBER BENEFIT: Effective October 15, 2009, in addition to having access to all of our local branches, YMCA of Greater Rochester members will now be eligible to use the Canandaigua YMCA at no additional charge, simply by presenting your membership card.
Neighborhood Membership
A Neighborhood membership allows unlimited access to three locations in the City of Rochester - Maplewood, Monroe and Southwest. Membership includes most health and wellness classes and reduced program fees for members.
Financial assistance, to the extent possible, is available for those in need.
