Employment Opportunities at Camp Gorham

We are looking for highly skilled staff members to join our Camp Gorham team. Spend your summer outdoors in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains working with people that share an interest in making a positive difference in children’s lives and enjoying the outdoors. Camp is a fun learning experience for all involved and is a personal growth experience for campers and staff. Dates: June 19, 2011 - August 21, 2011 (Please note applicants must be able to work the entire summer)

All staff must attend a mandatory training weekend prior to the start of summer. These weekends are scheduled in March, April and May. Dates to be announced in October 2010.

Location: Eagle Bay, NY (Central Adirondack Region inside the Adirondack Park boundary)

Compensation: Camp Gorham offers competitive wages based on position, experience, and certifications.

Counselor in Training Director (1 male and 1 female to work with 16 year old campers)

Leaders in Training Directors (1 male and 1 female to work with 15 year old campers)

Male Cabin Counselors (must 17 to work in a cabin, life guard certification encouraged)

Female Cabin Counselors (must be 17 to work in a cabin, life guard certification encouraged)
