TITLE:	Water Fitness Instructor

General Function:
Under the direct supervision of the Aquatic Director, the Water Fitness Instructor is responsible for planning, preparing and 
teaching standard, high quality YMCA fitness programs to registered participants.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be 18 years of age or older, have an understanding of YMCA Fitness Program methods as well as 
overall YMCA philosophy.  Water Fitness and/or Aquatic Arthritis, CPR and First Aid certifications are highly desired.  The 
individual must be able to interact with people on a personal, as well as professional level in helping them attain maximum 
fitness. 

GRADE:			10
WAGE RATE:		$9.10 - $12.00
