TITLE:	Kitchen Staff

GENERAL FUNCTION:
Under the general direction of the Head Chef, this position will assist with maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary 
conditions of the food preparation area.   Responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation, washing dishes and 
cleaning the dining area. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must be 18 years old and and possess a high school diploma or GED and equivalent work experience.  The candidate 
must be able to work both independently and in a team environment and have the ability to multitask.  Must be able to work well 
in a busy atmosphere and complete assignments in a timely manner. 

SEASONAL ASSIGNMENT:	$170/week for 9 weeks of seasonal employment 
			With Room & Board provided
