TITLE:	Custodian
BRANCH:	YMCA Camp Arrowhead
		  
General Function:
Under the general direction of the Buildings & Grounds Director, with input from the Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordinator, 
this position is accountable for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the facilities and grounds.    

Qualifications:
The candidate must be at least 18 years old and and possess a high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.  The 
candidate must be able to work both independently and in a team environment and have the ability to multitask.  Customer 
service skills are critical in working with members, staff, and the general public.  Physical requirements include the ability 
to remain standing and walking for extended periods and be able to lift/carry/move up to 25 pounds.  Must be able to work well 
in a busy atmosphere and complete assignments in a timely manner.    

WAGE RANGE:	$7.50 - $8.50
GRADE:		4
