TITLE:	Assistant Chef
BRANCH:	Camp Gorham

General Function:
Under the general direction of the Head Chef, this position is responsible for food preparation, overseeing kitchen staff and 
providing high quality food which meets or exceeds state and American Camp Accreditation standards.   Responsibilities include 
supervising kitchen in absence of head chef.

Qualifications:
The candidate must be 21 years old and have the 3 seasons of food preparation experience.  Culinary training preferred.  The 
candidate must be able to work both independently and in a team environment and have the ability to multitask.  Must be able to 
work well in a busy atmosphere and complete assignments in a timely manner.

SEASONAL ASSIGNMENT:  	$300/week for 9 weeks of seasonal employment
			With Room & Board provided.
