TITLE:	Teen/Family/Camp Coordinator

General Function:
The Teen/Family/Camp Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, planning, administration, supervision 
and delivery of the Teen/Family/Camp programming including Teen and Family Nights as well as the development 
and implementation of Teen programs, Birthday Parties and Outdoor Education Programs at Camp Northpoint.

Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of a two-year college degree and prior experience working with Teens and 
Families and outdoor education. This position requires experience in developing, organizing, promoting, and 
directing Teen and Family programs as well as outdoor education programming at Camp Northpoint and Birthday 
Parties.  The incumbent must bring to this position maturity, responsibility and a sincere interest in working 
with people. This position will function as a key member of the total staff team in developing community 
relations, lay committees and long range planning as well as the interpretation of YMCA programming to the 
public. 

WAGE RANGE:	$9.10 - $11.00 per hour
