TITLE:	Lifeguard

General Function:
Under the guidance of the Aquatic Director or Aquatics Staff Associate, a lifeguard will 
uphold the rules and the guidelines of the pool to ensure the safest environment for all members.  

Qualifications:
The candidate must be at least 16 years of age; must have current YMCA Lifeguarding or Red Cross Lifeguarding; have current CPR 
& AED for the Professional Rescuer, Oxygen Management and Standard First Aid certification. 

WAGE RANGE:	$7.15 - $8.00
GRADE:	4
