TITLE:  	Center Director -Arrowhead Camp and Outdoor Center
BRANCH:	Southeast Family YMCA
  
General Function:
The Center Director is responsible for all aspects of the year-round operations of a beautiful 55-acre YMCA 
Arrowhead Camp and Outdoor Center.  With over $1.5 million dollars in recent capital improvements and 
expansion, we are looking for a leader who can take us to new era in camping.  Specific duties include a 
strong emphasis on program development, execution and marketing.  The candidate will be responsible for fiscal 
management, financial development, facility management, hiring, training and supervision of over 150 seasonal 
and 15 year-round staff.  We are seeking a mature, innovative, organized leader with a passion for camping and 
youth programming.

Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a minimum bachelor's degree and prior experience supervising full-time staff, 
launching and managing high quality large volume programs, developing and working with volunteer groups, and 
managing day camp, outdoor education and adventure programs.  The candidate must be a personable, 
self-motivated, hands-on team leader with strong skills in community relations and engaging volunteers.  
Excellent organizational, administrative and human relations skills are required. 

SALARY RANGE:		$40,000 - $45,602
GRADE:			35
