TITLE:	Custodian (Multiple Openings - Night/Weekend Shifts)
BRANCH:	Southeast Family Branch YMCA

General Function:
Under the general direction of the Buildings & Grounds Director, this position is accountable for maintaining the cleanliness, 
sanitary conditions and general appearance of both the facility and grounds.

Qualifications:
The candidate must be 18 years old and and possess a high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.  The candidate 
must be able to work both independently and in a team environment and have the ability to multitask.  Customer service skills 
are critical in working with members, staff, and the general public.  Physical requirements include the ability to remain 
standing and walking for extended periods and be able to lift/carry/move up to 25 pounds.  Must be able to work well in a busy 
atmosphere and complete assignments in a timely manner.  

WAGE RANGE:	$7.50 - $8.50
GRADE:		4
