Southeast YMCA Membership Benefits

Our Individual Parent and Family memberships offer the greatest benefit and value for everyone in the family.

Use of 10 fitness facilities throughout Monroe County including cardio-theater, indoor golf range, LifeFitness, running tracks, racquetball courts, whirlpool, steam room plus so much more.

Child Watch service and Prime Time Kids while using the facility (available for family and individual parent memberships only). Parent and child(ren) must be members to utilize this service.

Family Fantastic Nights (available for family and individual parent memberships only)

Free Group Exercise Classes

Unlimited use of Wellness Center, open gym, lap swim (for individuals 13 and up). Open family swim and Adventure
Center (age guidelines apply) available for Individual Parent and Family Members.

Always Welcome at the YMCA

When you travel, you can use your YMCA membership card at over 600 YMCAs throughout the country, at either no charge or half of that YMCAs guest fee. Please allow our Member Service Center to assist you when you are going out of town.

Guests are Welcome

Guests are welcome at the YMCA. YMCA members are allowed to bring 3 guests / year, and may bring only 1 guest / visit. An individual guest is allowed 3 visits / calendar year and must be accompanied by a YMCA member while using the facility.
