The YMCA is a membership organization open to all people. The YMCA welcomes women and men, girls and boys of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, abilities and financial circumstances. Programs and branches embrace diversity, reflecting the needs and composition of the communities they serve.
Come and Meet Us
The best way to learn about the Southeast YMCA is to come in and tour the facility. Tours can be given anytime the branch is open. In addition to showing you the facility itself, we will spend some time getting to know you and your health and wellness needs to be sure that you will get the most out of your YMCA membership. All membership signup must be done in person at the branch. Registration for individual programs can be done either in person at the branch or by utilizing our online registration link on this website.
Passport Membership
A Passport membership allows unlimited use of 11 different membership facilities, including most health and wellness programs. Specialty classes and programs with fees are offered at a lower rate to members. You can visit as often as you like, take classes, use the facilities and equipment, and pay one low monthly fee. Membership at the Southeast YMCA enables you to use any YMCA branch in the Rochester area at no additional cost.
Updating your Membership Information
All membership changes must be done at the Member Service desk in writing. This ensures that all changes are received, recorded, and handled correctly. For the security of our members, only a few specific staff members are permitted to take credit card information over the phone. If you cannot come into the branch, please call our Member Service desk at 385-4665 for assistance. Lost cards may be replaced free of charge. Arrangements can be made by visiting the Member Service desk in the lobby at the branch.
