Youth and Adult

Karate Children & Adults (novice & intermediate classes ages 5 and up) Provides a combination of mental, spiritual, and physical training, including basic kicks, punches, and blocks of traditional Karate. Students are taught practical self-defense techniques for any situation, as well as, Katas, Jujutsu, and Kobudo. The program encourages the growth of self-esteem and self-confidence.

Iddy Biddy Sports (ages 3-5) Introduces children to the games, rules, and fundamental skills of sports such as soccer, basketball, and floor hockey. This program also concentrates on teaching sportsmanship, positive competition, and building relationships between participants. YMCA core values and nutrition are discussed at each class with time for parents and their children to interact.

Youth Sports (6-12 years) Classes and leagues that will help your child be successful both on and off the field. Children will work on individual skill development, learn how to work as a team, and will be introduced to sport specific strategies. We provide an environment in which our athletes learn and understand the importance of positive competition, sportsmanship, healthy lifestyle choices, and the YMCA core values.
